Privacy policy

Convene is a product of Artemis (helloartemis.com). This page says what we collect on this site, why, and what your choices are — in plain English, because that's how we do everything.

What we collect

What you give us. If you request a price, we receive the website address you enter, the lead source you pick, and the price we quoted you. If you claim early access, we also receive your email address, your browser's user-agent string (which helps us filter spam), and the time you submitted. That's everything — we store it in Google Workspace (Google Sheets).

Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site — pages viewed, quote steps completed, approximate location, and device/browser info, collected via cookies. Quote events also carry the quote's details — the website address you entered, the lead source you picked, and the prices we showed — so we can see which quotes land. We use this in aggregate, not to identify you, and your email address is never sent to Analytics.

Advertising measurement. We advertise Convene on platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. Those platforms may set cookies or pixels on this site to measure whether their ads led to a visit or signup, per their own privacy policies.

How we use it

Three things only: to generate your quote, to contact you about Convene early access at the email you gave us, and to measure interest in Convene in aggregate. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties for their marketing. We won't add you to unrelated mailing lists.

Who processes it

Service providers that make this site run: Google (Workspace, Analytics, Firebase hosting, ads measurement), LinkedIn (ads measurement), and Meta (ads measurement). Each processes data under its own terms.

How long we keep it

For the duration of the Convene early-access program. Want your info gone sooner? One email and it's deleted.

Your choices

Email legal@helloartemis.com to access, correct, or delete anything you've given us. To opt out of Google Analytics, use the GA opt-out browser add-on or block cookies in your browser — the quote works fine without them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. This site isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
